A York law firm is currently seeking an additional Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ+ pqe) for their growing department. Salary up to £32k.
The Client: Our client currently employs 861 people across its three North East based offices and serves a dedicated regional & national client base. The firm was short listed for Regional Law Firm of the Year at the Legal Business Awards 2005 and the firm is accredited as a Sunday Times best company to work for in the UK. Our client operates in 3 core service areas: Business, Public Sector & Private Client.
The Role: Our client is looking for one ambitious, hard-working and bright newly qualified solicitor to join the Property Group. The successful candidate will be encouraged to get actively involved in business development activities. This is absolutely essential working within the Yorkshire marketplace. The candidate should possess a genuine interest in and desire to be involved in the "property world", commercial awareness, good technical skills, a willingness to learn and to take responsibility for self-development, ambition, drive and stamina, good team-working skills, ability to manage projects, and a good sense of humour and positive attitude.
