A friendly and welcoming Commercial Property team is currently seeking an additional Paralegal to help relieve a busy workload. Salary up to £22k.
The Client: Our client is a busy and well established Solicitors which over the last few years has transformed into a modern legal business, providing a quality service. Steady expansion now sees this firm with two efficient and successful offices operating a quality service that is rewarded by the firm receiving quality standards in the Legal profession including the Investors in People recognition.
The Role: Applications are currently being welcomed from experienced Paralegals who are accustomed to handling their own busy Commercial Property caseload, ideally candidates will have undertaken a similar role for a minimum of a year. The successful candidate will be handling their own full caseload of Commercial Property files to include: Commercial leases and plot sales. Ideally candidates will be capable of handling their own caseload with minimal supervision.
IT competence and the ability to interact at ease with others are essential to this role as is excellent organisation and communication skills. Salary up to £22k, to vary depending upon experience.
