Our client's social housing finance team is one of the leading practices nationally. They have a position available for a Solicitor with 1-2PQE to join their team in Leeds.
You will work closely with a Legal Director and Senior Associate principally advising on all aspects of social housing finance security work. This work will involve the charging of property portfolios as security for additional loan commitments, refinancing of existing loan commitments and consideration of and advice on ancillary property related documents for a range of funders across this sector.
In order to be successful you must have a good academic record. You will have gained experience from a leading private practice. Our client will consider Solicitors from either a commercial real estate or residential real estate background, who demonstrate a clear desire to work in this sector and possess strong commercial acumen. Some Social Housing experience would be a distinct advantage.
