Property Litigation
Our client seeks a property litigation solicitor to join the current team. The role is based in Manchester city centre and offers the opportunity to join a small team where the chosen candidate can make an immediate impact and have a hands on role in terms of both fee earning and business development.
The ideal candidate will be 2-4 years' PQE, although candidates outside of this bracket will be considered. Candidates will need to demonstrate a strong academic profile and will have worked with a commercial law firm and gained solid property litigation experience. The team advises clients with large property portfolios, developers, purchasers, mortgagors and mortgagees. The work is highly varied, including boundary disputes, possession proceedings, breach of contract and trespass.
This opportunity would suit a property litigation solicitor who would be comfortable working as part of small team. You will have support but be expected to take on responsibility and have the confidence to deal with key clients of the firm direct. The chosen candidate will also be fully involved with the team on marketing and business development initiatives. This presents an excellent opportunity for a driven property litigator to handle a wide range of property disputes with a path to progress.
