You role within the NHS property team will involve sales and purchases/ leases/ charges/ JVA/ LIFT projects/ property biased PPP/PFI projects and some research. Good general commercial property experience is all that is required as full training and support will be provided y leaders in their field to allow you to build up specialist knowledge of the inner workings of the NHS.
This role requires good communication skills.Gradually, you will be encouraged to increase your client contact and in time, you will be expected to meet with senior NHS officials.
