Commercial Property Solicitor PQE 4-5 + Liverpool                      Ref 1137ks

A solicitor specialising in Commercial Property is sought by my client for their office in central Liverpool to provide accurate commercial property advice to both individuals and business clients.  This is an ideal opportunity for a solicitor to develop the commercial property law into a practice area with in the firm whilst working with colleagues to provide a full service to commercial clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:-

• 4-5 years of handling commercial property matters including landlord and tenant, commercial leases, commercial and residential development, investment, corporate support - experience of Energy would be a distinct advantage
• Be able to manage a caseload of commercial property files efficiently in accordance with company guidelines and procedures
• Contribute to the development of precedents for the case management system
• Assist with supervision of colleagues and support staff with regard to training and development
• Network within the business community to gain referral sources in order to develop a high profile for commercial property work
• Participate in the development of the firm's online presence for Commercial Property
• Identify and initiate cross selling opportunities
• Contribute to the firms marketing strategy
• Take responsibility for personal and professional development
• Have a commercial attitude with the ability to practise good financial management of files and caseload

It would be desirable for candidates in addition to have:-

• A client portfolio
• Management experience
• Marketing and networking experience
• Business development experience
