Commercial Property Partner, North West - This law firm is fast gaining a reputation as one of the leading law firms to watch, they have an enviable number of partners who are ranked in Chambers & Partners and also Legal 500. Punching well above their weight and acting on behalf of a number of impressive clients they are currently in an exciting growth phase. The Partnership all share the same vision that of growth and expansion over the next 3 years enabling them to become the leading law firm in the North West. The firm are now looking to appoint a Commercial Property Partner into their existing Real Estate team. You will ideally already be a partner in your existing law firm and your knowledge will be second to none in all areas of commercial property law including development and investment work along with all generalist property matters. Driven and focussed you will excel at business development and will have a strong network of contacts who will continue to instruct you on future matters. You will have built up a strong network across surveyors, developers and investors and will be in a position to capitalise on these contacts to generate and win work.
