An excellent public sector position has arisen in North West England. This opportunity is based within a friendly and well run Council, based in a truly beautiful location. The ideal candidate MUST have previous public sector experience, and a wide experience of commercial property/land sales/purchases. The position is to commence as soon as possible in order to enjoy a lengthy handover period with the outgoing solicitor who leaves on 29th December. For the right solicitor, there is the opportunity to apply for the permanent post while in post. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long term, lucrative assignment and will suit someone local to the area or looking to relocate for the right role.
