Thriving 13 strong real estate department of Newcastle based law firm are currently looking to recruit a further lawyer to their team.
Successful candidate will ideally be 1-2pqe and have a proven track record in handling general commercial proeprty work.
The real estate team have first hand experience in advising clients across the full range of legal services, and most importantly on all aspects of the acquisition, funding, development and disposal of development sites.
Candidates will have high level academics, first class communication skills and be confident in handling their own caseload.
Self motivated and commercially aware candidates are essential.
