Job Description

Talented Associate Lawyer is sought by thriving 13 strong real estate team, specifically handling development work across multi sites.

Particular experience is sought in dealing with disposals and acquisition. Development experience should include site acquisition, drafting of development documentation, landlord and tenant, corporate support, property finance & investment and sales & purchases. 

Ideally the candidates will have at least 5 years PQE, from a commercial background and will already be an Associate within their current firm. The successful candidate will be accustomed to providing supervision, and with experience in developing strong business relationships with their clients, as well as providing high quality work to clients.
