This is a rare opportunity to join a well established and respected National Legal 500 Firm at either their office in West Yorks or the North East.
They are seeking an ambitious and talented Associate (4-7pqe) who has a proven track record working as an Associate within a commercial Private Practice and who has a strong background in dealing with commercial real estate matters.
The role includes handling a caseload of Disposals and Acquisitions and your Development experience should include site acquisitions, drafting of development documentation, landlord and tenant, corporate support, property finance and investment together with sales and purchases.
You will be a strong team player and have experience of mentoring and coaching other team members in order to improve their legal skills. In addition, you will have a proven track record with regard to client liaison as this is a client facing role.
You will be keen to progress your career by demonstrating a positive and ambitious attitude, whilst promoting the continued development of the Real Estate team by identifying and acting upon business development opportunities.
