The estates team of this well respected law firm in Lincolnshire urgently seeks a paralegal to join them. With an excellent salary and benefits package.
You will be part of a new team dealing with registered social landlords and housing associations on property related matter. You will have experience performing the following tasks: preparing and issuing plot sales reservations, re-sale contracts, investigating title and raising any necessary enquiries, exchanging contracts and attending legal completion of plot sales, part exchange and re-sale. If you have a working knowledge of case management systems this will be advantageous, but not essential.
