This nationally represented firm of solicitors now has an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor having a good range of skills in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work and investment transactions. Ideally also experience of development work and ability to provide corporate support is preferred. You will be a member of the team and have the scope to supervise other lawyers. You will also be expected to contribute towards business generation activities. Scope for career progression for the right candidate is clearly evident. Salary will of course depend on the level of experience offered but likely to be c £50,000 p.a.
