The team is vibrant & energetic offering high quality advice on a diverse range of disputes including IP, employment, property & construction. The firm attracts a range of clients, particularly to its strong ADR arm run by one of the regions leading mediators. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE They are looking for a future Head of Department with the gravitas to continue building this reputable team. The requirement here is for a confident individual with good quality experience with sparkle, ambition and drive. You must be technically sound but also be able to think laterally so as to provide commercial solutions to legal hurdles.
