THE FIRM

Senior Solicitor required by our client, a highly regarded firm acting for clients locally and nationwide. This busy commercial department handle the full range of commercial property acting for buyers, sellers and landlord and tenant clients.

THE DEPARTMENT

Part of their succession planning our client is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to take over an existing caseload from senior member. You will be used to working unsupervised and dealing with the full range of matters to include sale and purchase of retail, commercial and industrial properties, train and oversee a 2-3PQE solicitor and trainee's.
