Commercial Property Solicitor 1 yr PQE+, Newcastle upon Tyne

Commercial Property Solicitor required to join an established team within one of the region`s leading commercial law firms.

Working within a large team of 15 (5 partners), you will advise an impressive existing client base including leading organisations, financial institutions and individuals on both a regional and national basis.

You will have responsibility for your own caseload comprising major commercial and residential development, landlord and tenant leases and portfolio management whilst assisting the senior members of the team with more complex cases.

It is essential that you are a qualified Solicitor with a minimum 1 year`s commercial property experience gained within a reputable commercial law firm.

In addition to sound technical knowledge, the firm are looking for an individual who demonstrates a strong commercial acumen and an aptitude towards business development.
