Head of Commercial Property 4yrs+
Liverpool

Well known, multi site Merseyside practice currently have an exciting new role available for an experienced and well connected Commercial Property Lawyer to join their small but thriving Commercial team.

The 4 strong team currently advise on a range of Commercial issues including Corporate, Employment, Commercial Litigation and Commercial Property however they require a Property specialist to take over the existing Commercial Property caseload from their non contentious Partner who wishes to focus on Private Client/Tax matters.

All applicants should possess at least 4 years PQE and will be comfortable working unsupervised on a range of transactions including Landlord & Tenant matters, Commercial Leases, Development, Investment and Corporate Support. Energy experience would also be beneficial. The firm see their Commercial team as a major growth area for 2012 and consequently all candidates must have prior business development and marketing experience and clear enthusiasm for initiating and participating in business development events etc on a regular basis.

A following of clients is not essential however would be highly beneficial. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will continue to grow and develop the Commercial Property team including the supervision and training of junior/support staff, contributing to the firm`s marketing strategy and the effective implementation of agreed initiatives.
