The firm: This leading and dynamic NW firm that has a strong reputation across the full range of commercial practice areas. Clients range from regional, national and multinational companies and public sector bodies to owner managed businesses and the firm has a strong private client team.
The Role: The Real Estate Department is central to the firm's success, with 12 partners, 8 Associates and 15 Assistants and fee earners. The team acts for clients such as the North West Development Agency, Manchester and Liverpool City Councils amongst others. Work for RSLs is a growing area of expertise and the firm has been appointed to a number of RSL Panels. The successful candidate for this role will lead a small team of lawyers further developing this area of work.
The Person: You will be a partner, partner designate or senior fee earner, perhaps frustrated in your current role, looking for a new challenge or merely interested in learning more about this opportunity. You will have the experience and technical expertise to take a key role and be seeking to join a firm that works hard to create a positive and collaborative environment and is known for looking after its people.
