Fantastically varied Manchester based conveyancing role for qualified candidate with Residential & Light Commercial experience. Salary to £30k.
Our city centre Manchester based client seeks a qualified conveyancer with solid Residential Conveyancing experience. Candidates will ideally have serviced a high net worth client base in previous employment & possess proven marketing ability founded on strong networking skills.
The residential caseload will amount to the running a small but complex caseload of freehold / leasehold sales & purchase of houses, right to buy, new build, apartments, sales of part etc. Commercial element of caseload will include commercial drafting such as security documentation, options', leasehold approval etc.
Fantastically varied role with lots of scope for progression. Salary up to £30k. Applications please only from conveyancers with proven light Commercial Property experience & with a passion for marketing services to both an existing & future client base.
