Our Clients are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Secretary to work in their Manchester office. Salary up to £20k
Hours: 35 per week, Mon - Fri (rota basis 9.00 am / 9.30 am - 5.00 pm / 5.30 pm)
An experienced secretary is required to provide full secretarial and administrative support to one Partner and several fee earners based within the Real Estate department. This is a busy and demanding role which involves a range of tasks, including typing and amending various letters, memos and documents, filing, travel, email and organised diary management, carrying out on-line searches, liaison with the Land Registry, scanning various documents and accounts / billing work.
The successful candidate must have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines, as well as a pro-active and positive attitude. Accuracy and good attention to detail are paramount in this role, along with excellent IT skills and fast, accurate and consistent typing skills (at least 65 wpm).
Candidates should be able to demonstrate flexibility, the ability to remain calm under pressure and commitment as a team player. Previous property / real estate experience is essential for this position. In addition, the role involves some assistance with the Tender preparation of pitch work therefore experience in these areas would also be an advantage.
