Excellent opportunity available within Manchester for a Spanish Speaking Legal Secretary to work within Commercial Property. Salary to £19k
Our client are a firm of specialists: all of their Solicitors are experts in their own area of law, assuring clients of up-to-date, professional advice.
They have a strong reputation for providing an ethical and personal service to all clients in an approachable and friendly way.
The candidate: You will be responsible for providing a variety of secretarial support for a very busy and dynamic team. Using the digital dictation system you will produce accurate correspondence and documents. You will also handle any client queries over the telephone.
Other secretarial duties will include engrossing documents, scheduling, copying, scanning, arrange travel and accommodation and diary management for fee earners.
Candidates must be able to speak fluent Spanish and have Legal Secretarial experience. The ability to speak Portuguese or Italian as well as Spanish would be an advantage.
