Job Description

Commercial Property Solicitor 5 years+

Our client is a long established Manchester law firm with a very strong property bias. Their loyal client base has seen them through the property downturn and now instructions are picking up at such a pace that they need to recruit a solid commercial property lawyer to assist with the new instructions. Work is a broad mix of landlord and tenant lease work, portfolio management, acquisitions and disposals with minor amounts of development work. Ideally you will be about 5 years PQE and have a solid background in commercial property.

Please note this role is on a part time basis, working 3 days per week.
