Our client is a well regarded Manchester full service practice in Manchester. They have quality in depth having recently brought on board some industry leading players and have ambitious growth targets for the future.
They are looking for a commercial property associate / junior partner to join the growing property team and help the department head realise his plans to expand the team.
Whilst obviously beneficial It is NOT crucial that you have a following. What is crucial is that you have the ability to generate one and that you have a passion for business development. There will be enough work for the successful person to `wash their face` but the successful candidate will be expected to be enthused with growing a department and this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make their mark and your business development strategy / methods will need to align with the head of departments.
It goes without saying that you will be technically proficient and a team player. Salary and benefits are negotiable and in line with the opportunity.
