Commercial Property/Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Manchester - £30k
Our client, is a solicitors practice based in Manchester, UK. They specialise in affordable, fast, Online Conveyancing Services, Wills & Probate, Employment Law and a wide range of legal services both for businesses and individuals
The role will involve dealing with a residential caseload that amounts to running a small but complex caseload of freehold / leasehold sales & purchase of houses, right to buy, new build, apartments, sales of part etc. The commercial element of caseload will include commercial drafting such as security documentation, options etc.
Applications are invited from strong, qualified conveyancers with wide scale residential, some commercial property & development experience and ideally a high net worth client servicing background. Candidates need to be able to work independently without supervision (or secretarial support) and be able to supervise other members of staff. Must have proven marketing ability founded on strong networking skills.
