This practice is a leading national practice with an enviable roster of property clients and an influx of work means it is now seeking to recruit a property solicitor to join its team at its city team. The successful candidate will be advising lenders and borrowers banks, financial institutions, private equity investors, developers and corporate borrowers on all aspects of real estate finance matters including a wide range of quality domestic and cross-border property related matters. The team regularly handles property matters involving development and investment finance for commercial and residential property portfolios, mezzanine and equity funding, mortgage book acquisitions and drafting and negotiating all types of facilities from simple bi-lateral to highly structured syndicated loans.
With at least 3yrs+ PQE, the ideal candidate will be commercially astute, proactive individual with strong team play skills and will possess a proven track record in real estate finance, gained at a leading top-tier regional or city practice.Excellent academics, communication skills and an appetite for business development are also beneficial.
