RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR - LONDON
Our client is a well-established firm in South-East London which began practicing over 80 years ago. The current team have a wealth of experience in their specialist areas of law and have an experienced support team and also the latest technology behind them. They pride themselves on being able to give a high level of client service.
We are now recruiting a Residential and Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor to join their thriving department. The role will involve sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, lease variations and extensions, acquisition and sale of businesses. The ideal candidate will be 2 - 3 years` PQE with experience in commercial and residential conveyancing. Additional experience with Company Commercial matters would be an advantage.
