My client, one of the UKs leading commercial practices provide a full range of legal services to major national and international corporate, government, institutional and public sector clients in the UK and around the world. The Real Estate Dispute Resolution team is one of the best-regarded and largest specialist property litigation groups in the country. The team deals with all contentious property matters. Areas of responsibility: Development (opposed lease renewals and development agreement disputes) Landlord and tenant work Rent review Possession proceeds, including squatters Rent arrears and other tenant default claims Dilapidations Proceedings in High Court, County Court Drafting pleadings and witness statements, and basic advocacy skills The Person: The ideal candidate will have: Excellent interpersonal skills Attention to detail A flexible approach to meeting client demands Good academic record 2:1 degree Gained experience from a city firm or major regional firm For immediate consideration, apply online in the strictest of confidence to our Head of Recruitment, Robert Dimler, Partner.
