On behalf of very well respected London City Client, Frances Armstrong Associates LLP is currently searching for exceptional Property Solicitor.

A rare opportunity has arisen within this thriving City law firm based in London’s EC2 area for an entrepreneurial Property Solicitor with a proven background of successful business development in the area of Commercial & Residential property Work.

Prospective applicants will be enthusiastic, forward-thinking Property Solicitors able to demonstrate experience in assisting with the management and development of a similar department.

The successful candidate will be a motivated professional with a pro-active attitude towards gaining new clients and excellent communication skills.

This is an important strategic appointment for the firm and swift career progression is assured for a Property Solicitor with the requisite blend of client-handling, technical skills and business acumen.

This position would suit a determined solicitor looking to make his or her mark by taking on responsibility for the consolidation and expansion of the current property department, securing themselves an enviable place in the strategic growth plans of the firm as a whole.

Current Property Law Partners are encouraged to apply as this may fast track to an initial Partnership offering or an offering upon appraisal.

Role

You will be required to:

* Manage your own caseload with a full range of Commercial & Residential Property matters.
* Handle files from initial instruction through to completion
* Have a proactive approach to obtaining new work and promoting the services of the Property Dept and the firm.

Candidate

* A proven history of UK Property law experience.
* Proven experience in marketing Property services.
* Must be IT literate

Salary: - Up to £100,000 will be discussed at interview and will reflect the experience and skills of the successful applicant.
