Property Litigation Solicitor, London - This international law firm are seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their demanding property team. The firm require a candidate with 1-4 years pqe ideally gained within a leading City law firm and handling all aspects property law. You must have knowledge of the Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act, all standard landlord and tenant Acts and Property Act statutes, insolvency law, real property and dealing with owners and managers of large estates. You will be technically excellent and commercially aware as well as possessing a strong client focussed approach. The firm have a range of clients in a number of sectors to include, retail, energy, construction, hotels and leisure and the public sector. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background along with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
