Job Description

Leading Kent based commercial firm now seeking to recruit a talented property litigation solicitor into their Legal 500 and Chambers rated dispute resolution department.


Acting on behalf of a range of clients you can expect to be dealing with matters to include, sale/purchase disputes, overage agreements, possession, easements and property insolvency amongst other contentious issues.


The ideal candidate would be a solicitor who has gained upwards of 4 years PQE within a highly regarded City or regional practice. This role also represents an opportunity to be involved with marketing and business development initiatives within the department.
