Property Insurance Litigation / Assistant Solicitor / Team Leader 4+ years PQE Leading Insurance firm providing Dispute Resolution and Litigation services Nationwide are currently looking to recruit an additional Solicitor to join the Property Insurance and Construction Group. The role will involve managing a team of claims handlers and solicitors who handle subrogated claims on a delegated scheme on behalf of insurers. These claims are in relation to material damage and business interruption. As well as acting as a technical referral point for the team, you will also manage your own caseload of material damage and property insurance claims. The role will suite a proactive and ambitious experienced Solicitor with a solid background in handling property insurance claims such as material damage and coverage claims.
