LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT ADVISER - LONDON
THE FIRM
Located in the heart of London, our Client is recognised as one of the UK`s leaders in a number of departments. This superb Firm are in the upper tiers of the Legal 200, has an international Client Base, and an outstanding reputation.
THE ROLE
An exciting position has become available within the firm for a Learning and Development adviser. The successful candidate will be joining a team of 13 people, and will be assisting them in supporting the HR strategy of attracting and developing employees through exceptional people development and legal skills training. Your role will be to provide a Learning and Development service to business services, Legal PAs and trainee Solicitors. Your work will involve the administration and co-ordination of core programmes and some project work, as well as delivering the core training courses.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered you should ideally have experience within a similar role. You must have dealt with the delivery of a range of training programmes, and have a good understanding of key learning and development theory.
You must have experience of reviewing and updating existing courses, carrying out observations and giving feedback, and you must have good IT skills.
You must have a positive and enthusiastic approach to your work.
