Fraudulent Property Claims / Insurance Litigation Solicitor - London Leading Insurance Law firm, boasting a fine tradition in providing technical expertise and client service currently have a requirement for an Insurance Litigation Solicitor to specifically handle complex and high value Property Fraud claims. This is a new opportunity which has come available due to continued expansion. You will be acting on behalf of a broad range insurers, handling your own caseload of Property Fraud claims, your caseload will involve arson, staged theft and other deliberate damage claims. The successful candidate will ideally have a strong background in property insurance disputes, including experience of fraud and policy coverage.
