Leading law firm in the area of Estates and very Private Property aim to appoint a highly accomplished property lawyer with a real affinity for estates and exceptionally high value and, indeed, high profile clients.
The successful candidate will work on matters of exceptionally good quality and will encompass:
-freehold/leasehold sales and purchases of principally agricultural and commercial property
- leases of agricultural, commercial and rural residential property including sporting, mineral, utility and wind farm leases
- general estate management work, such as easements, covenants, property disputes and first registration
-general advice on property-related matters
Applications are invited from accomplished property lawyers with a real flavour of working closely with high net worth clients with a wide variety of property portfolios. The prospects for progression are truly exceptional within this real centre of private client excellence.
It is anticipated that to be successful estate and private property solicitors will require at least two years relevant hands-on experience as they will immediately be involved in a challenging case-load.
With regard to level, this requirement is a guide, and candidates with other levels of experience who believe they have the required skill set are encouraged to apply.
