Frances Armstrong Associates LLP are currently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2 - 5 years PQE to join our client's thriving Chelmsford branch.
This progressive legal firm is currently looking to secure the services of a career-driven Commercial Property specialist to continue developing and promoting this successful Essex firm.
This position will suit a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE who is wishing to secure a long term career opportunity with this expanding double branched law firm.
The successful applicant will be working alongside the existing Commercial partners and will be given first-rate opportunities for personal and professional development whilst combing the perfect mix of autonomy and minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
* Taking instructions from clients and on their behalf
* Working to the high quality levels with the minimum of supervision
* Review case files on a regular basis
* Deal with the daily correspondence and telephone calls.
* Ensuring that all timescales are met
* Keep all matters up to date
* Compliance with the firm’s Confidentiality Policy at all times
Applicant Qualities:
* Minimum of 2 years UK PQE Commercial Property experience
* Excellent communication skills at all levels
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* True Team worker
Salary + healthy commission will be awarded to reflect the experience of the Applicant.
