A Commercial Property Solicitor with between 5-9 years PQE is now required by Frances Armstrong Associates LLP on behalf of a High Profile law firm based in central London.
Prospective applicants will need to be UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitors with a min of 5+ years UK PQE and have gained experience in undertaking a full range of Commercial Property Transactions with little or no supervision.
All applicants must have experience in managing their own caseloads from inception through to completion.
This expanding well known law firm is committed to ongoing career development of all their employees and are currently looking for solicitors looking for partnership opportunities in the near future.
Current Property Partners are encouraged to apply as this may fast track to an initial Partnership offering or an offering upon appraisal.
Marketing experience and a strong client following is essential.
Roles:
* Handling a full caseload of Commercial Property Transactions
* Managing own Commercial caseloads from inception through to completion.
* Maintaining and assisting Clients’ to the highest level
* Assisting in marketing the services of the firm and department.
Candidate:
* Min experience requirement is 5+ years current UK Commercial Property experience
* UK qualified Solicitor
* A small Client following would be beneficial but not essential.
Salaries: From £65,000 to £90,000 (negotiable depending on experience.)
Start Date - ASAP
