Commercial Property Assistant Solicitor London Working within the dedicated Property department of this central London based Commercial law firm, an ambitious and highly driven Commercial Property Assistant Solicitor is required to assist the Partners on an interesting range of commercial property work. You will immediately become immersed in high quality workloads with involvement across areas of commercial landlord and tenant, retail sector property lease/purchase and leasehold enfranchisement. Candidates will need to demonstrate experience of working on high value property transactions and in dealing with retail transactions. Additionally you will be expected to actively contribute towards the firms marketing activities requiring the post holder to display outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
