Career Enhancing Commercial Property Position at this Legal 500 rated West End Practice.
They are currently looking for a commercial property lawyer with circa 5+ years' pqe with a solid grounding in property law to come on board.
This is no big City machine. To be fair, they don't want to be. And neither do the recent high profile City 'named' hires. They have joined for the very reasons that this firm offers all those little things that make being a lawyer special and pleasurable. Things you just cannot find in the bigger firms. Real autonomy and responsibility, work that is as challenging as any major City firm, a sensible work life balance, colleagues that you regard as friends and where you genuinely can make your contemporaries green with envy as your professional career goes to new levels.
The firm has a long-established reputation in commercial property and is recognised by other property professionals and by leading independent legal directories. Some of their specialist areas include Charities,
Industrial, retail, office and licensed premises, Infrastructure agreements, Joint Ventures, Landlord and tenant, Property disputes, Property investment, Residential and commercial development and Sales and acquisitions for a client base ranging from FTSE 100 property investment companies through to small, family-run companies.
Be prepared to be impressed by what is on offer here. It is different and potentially career enhancing.
