While many US-headquartered firms in London are jettisoning their property departments this leading practice maintains a strong commitment to the area. The team continues to register as a strong and significant player in property litigation, though equally it is furthering its reputation in the fields of alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation.

Highlights include acting for Schroders on a large number of property matters, including lease renewals, dilapidations and the protection of future development rights on several properties in its portfolio. The team also represented Shurgard on proceedings against a Water Authority arising from the results of a water search and the Crown Estate on a major dilapidations claim. The team is led by a seasoned professional with a good and decent name in the market.
