THE ROLE:
This is a rare role indeed. This very appealing West End firm is looking to hire a part-time PSL to assist the litigation department. The current emcumbent is relocating for personal reasons so the processes and systems are all in place for the new person on arrival. This is ideally a three day a week position, though there is some flexibility there.
The post would suit either an existing PSL or alternatively a lawyer who is currently fee-earning and looking to reduce their hours in their first move in to a PSL role. You will have plenty of autonomy and there is lots of scope to develop the role to your own skills. The team you will assist numbers around 20 in all and the atmosphere here is very positive. There is hardwork and commitment all round though fun and laughs along the way. The firm is seen as a very happy ship, very good to work for and though they are rapidly expanding, staff retention is very high indeed. The work will cut across all areas of litigation including general commercial, property and family.
The team and firm as a whole are very supportive, the structure is such that you will work closely with the Litigation Knowledge Partner, everybody will be willing you to succeed here!
