Commercial Property Solicitor  - London - £Market Leading

  

The Firm -

The firm's practice has breadth and therefore provides very diverse opportunities for qualified solicitors and trainees to experience a wide range of work. The majority of their work is done over commercial areas including property as well as charities, health, tax and private client. The firm have been established within the UK for over a century and are based throughout the country; not just in London.

The Role -

 Dealing with commercial property investors and developers to wealthy individual investors and landed estates. Whether they are  Investors, Developers, Property Companies, Landed Estates Occupiers or Lenders. You will deal with all aspects of commercial property including retail, hotel, restaurant, industrial and office premises as well as the acquisition, development and disposal of residential development sites.

  

The team is made up of circa 30 fee earners with  partners at the helm. This is one of the firms most successful department and it is most definitely a great time to come on board in this senior role. Due to the level of this role networking and building new business is needed.

  

Experience -

Good commercial acumen is essential and ideally you will have some technical experience too. You should have a good academic background, strong communication skills, be a team player and be driven to develop this growing department. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed solicitor to develop his/her own career in a vibrant and dynamic law firm in the CITY. Demonstration of ways in which you regularly network and bring new work in would be advantageous.
