Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer now required by Frances Armstrong Associates LLP for role in Kent.
An excellent opportunity has arisen in Kent for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join the ranks and continue to develop and promote what is an important part of this well known and established law firm.
The successful applicant will have a min of 1+ years PQE in Commercial Proeprty.
The role will involve a variety of Commercial Property aspects, including acquisitions, development and finance. This leading firm is also committed to the ongoing career development of its employees and provides ongoing support and training to the firms employees.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a gifted professional wishing to excel in the area of Commercial Property whilst learning and working alongside a very experienced Partner of the firm.
Applicant:
* Must 1+ yrs PQE in Commercial Property
* Have the ability to think out side the circle to attract, manage and maintain new and existing clientele.
Salary: Up to 45,000 Negotiable (Dependant on experience)
Start date - ASAP.
