Communications Executive - Liverpool

As Communications Executive you will advise and supervise rest of team with event organisation where required, project manage events including devising initial action plan through to follow up and providing team with evaluation report, ensure everything produced for events is timely, produced to highest standard and adheres to corporate standards, deal direct with partners/suppliers to ensure smooth running of events, produce draft budget for each event and raise any issues with Communications Manager and deal with agencies/suppliers over design and production of literature or merchandise specific to each event and raise any issues with Communications Manager.
You will also be responsible for ensuring content on the website site is up to date and relevant at all times, contribute ideas for improving site and raise any difficulties so they can be addressed, advise the team on presentation production with the aim of maximising impact on audience and produce presentations where required, manage marketing agencies and suppliers with regard to design and production of literature and merchandise ensuring that items are produced on time, within budget and adhering to corporate standards and produce client facing and team newsletters as appropriate to a high standard and adhering to the house style and standards.
Candidates must have marketing experience in a business to business services environment, including experience in professional services. You must also have proven experience in developing and delivering a full range of Communications activities to support achievement of business objectives, well developed IT skills and experience of managing other people would be desirable. Candidates must be flexible the role will require time to be spent in all offices Birmingham, Leicester, Liverpool, London and Manchester.
