Commercial Property Solicitor 8yrs+
Liverpool

Boutique Commercial practice located in the heart of Liverpool`s legal district currently wish to recruit an experienced and well connected Commercial Property Solicitor to join their established team.

Applicants will possess a minimum of 8 years PQE and will have a demonstrable track record in the Commercial Property field acting on transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant matters and secured lending. Clients will include local, regional and national businesses across a variety of sectors with much of their existing work emanating from London.

In addition to strong technical expertise, applicants will be accomplished business developers and will have considerable contacts and the ability to generate work from the outset.

The position has arisen due to succession planning and so excellent career opportunities exist for ambitious individuals who can make a valuable contribution to the firm`s continued growth and development.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.
