This highly regarded, leading Midlands firm is bucking the trend in the current economic climate and is currently looking to expand the Retail division of its Commercial Property department. The require a Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Commercial Property and a proven track record handling work for major retail clients. You will be managing major portfolios of properties for national retail chains, dealing with sales and acquisitions, all manner of landlord and tenant matters and any other area of property related work that arises on behalf of these major household names.
