Leading regional player in Leicester seeks to recruit an experienced commercial property paralegal into their highly successful retail team.
It is essential that you have gained 12 months experience working within the commercial property field and are comfortable assisting on leasehold matters. Experience of residential leasehold conveyancing or residential development work is also desirable although clear evidence of 12 months commercial property experience is paramount.
You will work as part of a busy retail team with supervision on hand to aid your career development but at this stage in your career will have a good grounding in commercial property and the basics of landlord and tenant law.
