An exciting opportunity for a commercial property legal assistant with a leading International law firm
Accordingly any successful applicant will need the following ESSENTIAL skills:
- IT literate with good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Effective personal organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Have a proactive approach and the ability to work on own initiative.
- Be a strong team player.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Have the ability to work to tight timescales with a sense of urgency.
- Numeric competency.
- Accuracy and close attention to detail.
Background ¢ Excellent administration skills are essential as is common sense and the ability to exercise sound judgement
when cases need referring. As this firm are currently developing new working practices, they need people who are keen to develop the role possibly to the point of training others.
Full training on all processes will be provided.
