Are you a commercial/property litigator looking to take the next step up the corporate ladder? Sick of working under someone else's spotlight? My client is an established firm in the Leeds area dealing with a broad range of specialist skills including, banking, commercial litigation, defendant litigation, commercial/residential/investment property. Having in-depth industry knowledge and an excellent reputation they are now looking to recruit an additional lawyer into the commercial litigation department. The role will encompass all types of commercial litigation including contractual disputes, obtaining and defending injunctive proceedings on an interlocutory basis, property related disputes, professional negligence claims construction litigation, defamation, intellectual property infringement actions including copyright and trade mark disputes and product liability. This is an attractive and responsible role for a litigator with a minimum of 7 PQE. We are looking for someone who thrives on a challenge and enjoys being a key player and would suit a person who enjoys business development.
