Real Estate Solicitor £40k-£50k Maidstone
Our client is a highly respected regional law firm in the Medway region of Kent.
They are looking for an additional Real Estate Solicitor with at least two years recent relevant experience of working on a range of projects.
The team undertake a good variety of general commercial property work including landlord and tenant, freehold, leasehold, development and banking securities work.
The individuals will require:-
Confidence in managing their own caseload
Strong IT skills and the ability to utilise a case management system
Good general commercial awareness and an interest in business development
Excellent client care skills
Previous experience as working as part of a team
A flexible "can do" approach to work
