A leading regional law firm based in Kent has a key role for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Property Debt Recovery team.
Key Tasks:
* Audio Typing
* Diary and file management
* Making travel arrangements
* Handling incoming calls and passing on messages
* You will be the main point of contact for queries regarding day to day office procedures, including authorisation procedures and document layout
The ideal person will be an experienced legal secretary with excellent IT skills, a team player who can show attention to detail, enthusiasm and flexibility and the highest standard of client care and effectiveness.
Hours of work: 9am to 5.15pm with 1 1/4 hours for lunch.
